Please support the Solis Park K-8 Library
Starting on February 26 and ending on March 1, we’re having an online Titlewish fundraiser. 100% of the money we raise will go directly to purchasing new materials for our school library.
We’re asking you to participate and help us raise $2500. We’re going to use this money to purchase book club sets of books, student and community recommended picture books, and high interest graphic novels for our school.
Students and community members can help recommend books to our library by using this Form to make their recommendations. Please let us know your recommendations by using our Solis Park Library book recommendation form.
To help us meet our goal, please visit Solis Park Titlewish Fundraiser website and click the Donate button when our Fundraiser goes live on February 26th!
Thank you for helping us provide Solis Park K-8 students with the best education possible!

Welcome to Solis Park Elementary’s Library & Media Center
Our mission is to teach our students the information literacy skills necessary to access and evaluate information, to use it accurately, creatively, and ethically, to provide a wide variety of materials to support the curriculum, and to encourage a life-long love of reading.
Upper Grade (4th, 5th, 6th) Student Volunteers
Miss Nhi and Miss Lara need your help to keep the library running smoothly by reshelving library books that have been checked in and by ensuring that the bookshelves are neat and orderly.
If you would like to help, please come into the library during your lunch time. ROAR Cards will be given for your assistance!
Thank you!

Parent Volunteers
The Solis Park Library is also looking for parent volunteers to help shelve books and assist students with finding their library books. This would be a great way to help our students and staff in the library and see how the whole process works!
This would be an ongoing weekly volunteer role with the following available times:
- Wednesdays at 10:00 - 11:00 am
- Thursdays at 8:15 - 9:15 am
- Thursdays at 10:00 - 9:15 am
If you are interested in volunteering, please contact SolisPark@iusd.org with your preferred time. Thank you!
